Ed Sheeran fans got some unique "sauceographs" during the star's visit to Hertfordshire today, as he signed cheese, broccoli, bread and more with his Tingly Ted's hot sauce.
Fans travelled from all over to get a glimpse of Ed, as he visited London Colney's Sainsbury's store today (August 13) to promote his hot sauce brand.
Plenty got his signature too, but not with pen and paper, as the superstar singer used Tingly Ted's to sign a number of supermarket items, including bread, a block of cheese, broccoli and more.
One fan brought their vinyl copy of Ed's album 'X', which he also signed with sauce, while another, who got a kitchen roll signed, has listed the item on Ebay for £1 million.
"It was super exciting popping into Sainsbury’s and surprising some shoppers," Ed said.
"Tingly Ted's has been such a fun project so far, hope everyone is enjoying mixing it with whatever food they like, I’m still discovering meals that it makes even better."
"As a lifelong ketchup and hot sauce obsessive, Ed Sheeran had a dream to make the 'ketchup of hot sauces' - a not-so-hot hot sauce to be dolloped onto everything. Burgers, eggs, burritos. You name it," the Tingly Ted's website reads.
As for the name, the story continues: "Way back yonder, Teddy was Ed’s childhood nickname. After leaving his paw prints on a couple of Ed’s records, today, Ted has been born again as a grumpy bear, sidekick and co-creator of the first tingly sauce known to man (and bear, of course)."
