Royston Repair Café invited residents to get their broken items fixed as it marked its 10th anniversary.
On Saturday, February 10, people brought their household items to Coombes Community Centre - with more than half of the 30 items fixed on the day or taken away for further repairs.
The Repair Café was founded by Chris Lee and Dermot Byrne, and in the past 10 years has seen 600 items repaired over 33 sessions.

A customer who brought in a faulty leaf-blower commented: "Such lovely, friendly people who spoke in plain English, describing the problem, what they were doing, and how I could personally repair it in the event of similar trouble in the future."
Repairers include Martin Connolly - who successfully fixed a broken radio, retired engineer John Scott - who fixed a broken pressure washer, Frank Huffer - who repaired a troublesome laptop, and Chris himself, who fixed a rocking horse.
Frank said: "The most rewarding part of this exercise is passing on the confidence to the customer to be able to fix something themselves in the future."
Mayor of Royston Cllr Lisa Adams and county councillor Fiona Hill attended to mark the anniversary, and also celebrated at the party afterwards.
