Royston Arts Festival culminated at the weekend with art and photography exhibitions in the town hall and a gala in the Priory Memorial Gardens.
The 10-day festival, which was on the theme of a 'force of nature', featured competitions, talks, wine tasting, workshops, plays and more, taking place in churches, schools, the library and museum.
Local businesses, including Bow Books and Revolution Records, took part in festivities, and 12-year-old saxophonist Harry Talbot entertained crowds at Market Place with famous numbers, including the theme music from Poirot.
Mayor of Royston Cllr Lisa Adams visited Royston Art Society's exhibition, praising the work of local artist Julia Malakovna.
The exhibition featured more than 65 artists, and visitors could vote on their favourite.
This year's winner was society member Tina Bone, for her vivid rendering of exotic macaws.
On Saturday, September 30, families enjoyed the gala in the Memorial Gardens, with children's activities, refreshments from Street Food Heroes, a climate Sustainability Zone and international dance demonstrations - including 'The Weather Machine' routine by renowned choreographer Kate Flatt.
