Patricia CRANWELL 'Pat', passed away peacefully at Addenbrooke's Hospital on Sunday 9th October 2022, aged 75 years. Much loved Wife of Leslie, Mum to Elaine, Philip and Andrew, Nan to Sam, Rose, Chloe, George, and Theo and Great Nanny to Luna, Elijah, Reggie, Nola, Mylo and Fred. A Funeral Service will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Chrishall on Friday 4th November at 11 am.
