Melvyn George ( Mel ) Morgan Of Royston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 25th 2022, in a care home in Melbourn, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of Ann, loving father of Sara & Debra and father-in-law of Ian. Mel will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service on Friday, September 9th at 1-00pm at Cam Valley Crematorium, Great Chesterford. Family flowers only please, donations are gratefully accepted for The National Deaf Children’s Society and may be made via his ‘donate in memory’ page at www.jeremyrulefunerals.co.uk or cheques should be sent directly to the charity. Mel’s family request that dark colours need not be worn for the funeral service

I am so sorry to see the passing of Mel . He was my Godfather and although we didn't see much of each other, in the past and growing up I did spend many summers ,with my brother Simon , playing at their house in Royston, with Sara and Debbie.
My thoughts are with you all.
