Bob Jakubiak Peacefully at home on Wednesday 11th May 2011, surrounded by his family aged 50 years. Much loved husband of Linda, father of Kate, Matthew, Justin and Tomos. Father-in-law of Katie and Clare, gramps to Dylan. Funeral service Friday 3rd June 2011 at Elsworth Parish Church at 12.45pm, followed by private cremation.
