GORDON LESLIE ROBERTS Formerly of Abington Pigotts, passed peacefully to rest at home in Longstanton, after a long illness, bravely borne, on Monday, 15th August, 2011, aged 72 years. A much loved father, grandfather and brother who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church, Longstanton, on Thursday, 25th August, at 11.15 a.m., followed by cremation. Family flowers only, please, donations, if desired, may be made to Save the Children Fund, c/o Weyman Funeral Service, 26 Abbey Walk, Cambridge. A thanksgiving service and the burial of Gordons cremated remains will be held at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Abington Pigotts, date to be confirmed.
