Violet Bass Violet, formerly of Queens Road, Royston, passed away peacefully at The Cambridge Nursing Centre, Chesterton, on Sunday 27th November 2011 aged 92 years. Sadly missed and always loved by Anita, Ann, Margaret, Doreen and their families. A private cremation service will take place on Monday 12th December 2011, followed by A Service Of Thanksgiving at Royston Methodist Church, Queens Road, at 12.30 pm. Donations in memory of Violet can be made payable to The Garden House Hospice and can be left at the church or sent c/o Newlings of Royston Funeral Service, Kingfisher House, Fish Hill, Royston, Herts SG8 9LB.
