ELSIE MAY LOATES OF BASSINGBOURN Passed away peacefully on Saturday 31st January 2015 aged 88 years. Elsie will return to her home of 60 years to say goodbye on Wednesday 11th February 2015. All welcome to a celebration of her life to be held at 12:30pm at The Limes Community Centre, High Street, Bassingbourn. SG8 5LD. Dont hesitate to wear something bright. Please also join daughter Maggi and son in law Colin for refreshments afterwards. Elsie will be leaving her home by horse drawn carriage at 1:30pm to journey through the village she loved. She will be cremated later that day in a short and private family- only ceremony at Cambridge. No flowers please, donations in memory can be made payable to The East Anglian Air Ambulance and can be left at the Community Centre or sent c/o Newlings of Royston Funeral Service, Kingfisher House, Fish Hill, Royston, Herts, SG8 9LB.
