Peter (Sam) Baker Passed away very peacefully at home on Thursday 24th December 2015. Much loved by his family The funeral will take place at the Cambridge Crematorium (East Chapel) on Thursday 21st January at 2.30 pm. All are welcome Family flowers only but donations will be gratefully received for Macmillan Cancer Support in Sams memory.
