Patricia Symonds Pat of Meldreth, passed away peacefully with her family beside her on Thursday 3rd November 2016 aged 78 years. A loving Mum, Nan and Great Nan, who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 24th November 2016 at Cambridge Crematorium in the East Chapel at 12.15pm.
