LENA DOROTHY ADELAIDE POVEY Passed suddenly away on 25th September 2017 at the Lister Hospital aged 96 years. Loving mother to Joan, Margaret and son in law Peter, grandmother to 3 and great-grandmother to 6. She will be sadly missed. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 18th October at 11.30am in the East Chapel at Cambridge Crematorium to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please but donations will be gratefully received in Lenas memory to either Help for Heroes or Cancer Research UK. Cheques should be made payable to the chosen charity and can be sent c/o Cecil Newling Funeral Directors, Newling House, Market Hill, Royston SG8 9JL. Special thanks to all at Richard Cox House for the loving care given to Lena during her stay.
