Patricia Crow Pat peacefully passed away after a short period in hospital on Friday 23rd March 2018 aged 74 years. A loving wife, mother, mother-inlaw, grandma, sister and friend who will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 10th April 2018 in Whaddon Church at 10:30am. Family flowers only please.
