Reginald Elson (Major. retd.) "Reg" Of Birchington, Kent, and formerly of Cherry Drive, Royston, peacefully on Monday June 18th 2018, in a nursing home, aged 96 years. Beloved husband of the late Freda, loving daddy of Karen & Nicola, much loved grandad of James, Charles & Gabriella & devoted partner of Ann. Funeral service on Tuesday, July 10th at 1-00pm at All Saints Parish Church, Birchington followed by family cremation. Family flowers only please, donations gratefully accepted for either The Gurkha Welfare Trust or The Royal British Legion (Birchington Branch) Poppy Appeal which may be sent to; Gore Brothers Ltd. 18, Station Road, Birchington, Kent.
