'Barney Rubble' 1926 - 2021 Headmaster of Royston Secondary School which became The Meridian School. Passed away peacefully in Maycroft Care Home on 29th November 2021 aged 95 years. Peter will be remembered by many as a fine headmaster, but he would equally like to be remembered as a writer and producer of good pantomimes. He was a teacher, an artist and a writer, who for many years enjoyed breeding and showing fine dogs. A full life. Funeral service will be held at Cam Valley Crematorium, CB10 1FE on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 at 1.00pm. No flowers please.
