23rd May 1944 - 12th December 2021 Our beautiful Jan passed away peacefully at Addenbrookes Hospital after a short illness, which she battled so incredibly bravely, with her family by her side. Devoted wife to Gordon, loving and treasured Mum to Johanna and Laura, cherished Nanny/Nanna to Jacob, Adam and Jude and a dear friend to many. We will love and miss you forever. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 5th January 2022, 1.00pm at Cam Valley Crematorium, CB10 1FE. All flowers welcome.
